Nick Daugherty retired from the Grand Prairie, TX Police Department where he continues to serve as a Reserve Officer. After working to eliminate over $80,000 in consumer debt, he was introduced to Dave Ramsey's Total Money Makeover Program. He later became a Master Financial Coach, and has taught thousands of First Responders his "Building Financial Strength" Course. In this episode, he talks about developing the mindset of building financial strength and changing the behaviors that lead us into debt and other financial pitfalls.
